I wrote these lyrics a few years ago, sang them at a house party, and then didn’t think much about them until Sue Gander asked me for help on July 25th, 2021 with a transportation playlist, and I sang these to her off the cuff. Sue leads the Electric School Bus initiative at the World Resources Institute, and also loves to write new lyrics to existing tunes.
